Personal websites allow for a greater degree of expression when compared to social media platforms. Here, I am in control of site hosting, and what is allowed to be posted, with no arbitrary restrictions imposed. Social media encourages easy-to-consume, short-form content that lacks substance. With a website I can be as brief, or thorough as I want. The other reason: I just wanted to make one! I primarily created this site to write thoroughly about topics that I am interested in, allowing me to keep record of my own ideas, as well as share my ideas with others. My goal is to share these ideas, while backing them with objective findings to the best of my ability. ---
